AVRT Partnerships

AVRT Partnerships

Realistic training depends on more than one piece of technology. AVRT is built to work with specialist partners in tracking, haptics, counter-UAS and simulation, so police and military customers get a system that suits how they actually train.

Below is a look at who we work with and what each partnership brings to AVRT training.

Antilatency: Tracking for Weapons, Headsets and Equipment

Antilatency provides the positional tracking behind AVRT’s free-roam system. It lets us track real weapons, headsets and equipment accurately across large, portable spaces, from compact rooms up to warehouse-scale areas.

That is what allows trainees to move naturally and handle real-world weapons that behave the way they expect, while any suitable venue can become a training space. Find out more about Antilatency.

OWO: Haptic Vest

OWO develops haptic technology that recreates physical sensations on the body, and has recently expanded into defence training. We are working with OWO on bringing its haptic vest into AVRT scenarios, so trainees can feel impacts and effects as they happen.

Teslasuit: Full-Body Haptics and Biometrics

Teslasuit makes a full-body haptic suit that combines touch and impact feedback with motion capture and biometric monitoring. AVRT supports a Teslasuit interface, so trainees can feel the consequences of a scenario and instructors can see more about how people respond under pressure.

Virtuix: Marine Corps Infantry Fireteam Virtual Trainer

Virtuix is the lead integrator on the US Marine Corps Infantry Fireteam Virtual Trainer, a multi-user trainer for four-Marine fireteams. AVRT is collaborating with Virtuix on a proof of concept, providing weapon tracking and content development, with delivery to Quantico expected in Q4 2026.

Read more in our news story on the collaboration, or visit Virtuix.

Why partnerships matter for your training

  • Realism: specialist hardware makes the training feel and respond like the real thing.
  • Flexibility: AVRT can work with different technologies, so the system can be shaped around your requirements.
  • Proven building blocks: each partner is an established specialist in its own field.
  • Measurable results: tracking and biometric data feed into after action review, so instructors can see what happened and why.
